Bull’s Glass Policies- Respect, Honesty & Courtesy

All orders are paid for in advance- No refund on special orders and custom size materials- All return must have receipt - Not responsible for any materials left over 30 days- we will gladly help you load your materials but we assume no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your materials or vehicle- No refund on hardware packages that have been opened- We assume no accountability for customer’s measurement on special parts or custom orders- In most instances it will be better to replace rather than repair- If you choose to have us repair there may be risk of glass breakage or scratching- In the rare chance this should occur- The customer will be made aware in advance and must sign they acknowledge responsibility for all material cost- Alarm system any attachments must also be reinstalled at customers expense- All job have tolerance of +/- 1/16” - By accepting this job you are accepting our policy - If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you must report to us within 24 hours by email- Due to the nature of our business all scheduled times are merely estimates and approximate.
